Another Joins the J-Train

With the news of Peter Moore's resignation to become the head of EA Sports was a shock to most who read the headlines this morning. But when you consider the stres of his job, the desire to move back to his San Francisco Bay Area roots, and the heaping piles of cash EA offered, it really is a no brainer on his part. This however does not mean he won't be missed.

Moore was by far the best spokesman of this console generation and one of the best of all time. His presentation skills were unmatched and he was no dummy when it came to making smart business moves and working with third party publishers. All those Playstation exclusives that crossed over to the dark side were greatly in part of Moore's efforts to level the playing field for everyone's favourite exploding white box.

He will be replaced by Don Mattrick, a former EA CEO and long-time outside advisor to Microsoft. How does the new guy stack up? I've created a side-by-side comparison for you to be the judge.

Indeed, my fourth one actually sent shrapnel into my leg when I tried to play Viva Pinata.
