I never understood why the Japanese thought North American audiences were too slow witted to understand the true sequel to Super Mario Bros. They bring us a rendition of Doki Doki Panic! instead, thinking it will appeal moreso to the simplistic minds of the American gamer, but really if you think about it that game makes no freaking sense. You attack enemies by pulling turnips out of the ground and throwing them? Portal keys? Heroic women? That game flies in the face of everything NA gamers believe in. And what was so hard about giving them the original game? It's almost identical to the first.

In addition to SMB 2 you have the option ofspending your well-bought points on the secon Ecco the Dolphin game (why was the first popular?) and Dragon Spirit from the Turbografx library. Missile Command has also been remade, improved and tossed up for your 400 points, the game offers both the HD remake and the classic in one tight Atari lovin' package.

Xbox Live Arcade:
- Missile Command (400)

Wii Virtual Console:
- Super Mario Bros. 2 (NES, 500)
- Ecco: Tides of the Time (Genesis, 800)
- Dragon Spirit (Turbografx-16, 600)
